Terms and Conditions
  1. Product Delivery
    • The client is responsible to make sure his or an assigned represintative availability at the location to where the product or service is to be delivered. In case of change, Flexicom need to be notified ahead of time to make possible arrangements. Flexicom shall respond with any possible cost that may be incured of the notification or change duration is not sufficient.
  2. Product Return
    • Hardware products could be returned if they were only delivered in bad condition or did not match the quoted items or items were delivered incorrectly. Services and products that were purchased back to back cannot be returned.
  3. Refund Policy
    • In case of damaged or incorrectly delivered items, flexicom will issue a refund provided that the customer notifies flexicom with 10 working days from receiving the items. Online purchased products like domains, hosting, emails, downloads, reports, software, designs are not subject to refund once the customer accepts receiving them as they are considerd as licenses that could not be reversed.
    • Training Registrations are refundable according to the cancellation plan that is added to every training schedules
    • Profissional Services Reports are refundable provided that the customer did not receive the soft or final hard copy.
  4. Price and Payment
    Once your order has been accepted, this represents an agreement between you the customer and flexicom. If you have chosen to pay with credit or debit card on the Site then the transaction is processed by Flexicom and subject to review in case of any charges or cost that was incuredd during the transaction.
  5. Governing law & competent
    • These Website Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Bahrain law. Disputes arising in connection with these Website Terms (including non-contractual disputes) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bahrain courts.
